I bought my SXFI AMP offline from another store.

As per our warranty policy, approved returns only apply to the original purchaser of a Super X-Fi product that was purchased from our online store.

If you’ve purchased Super X-Fi products from a third-party seller, please contact your seller directly. They will have their own warranty and return processes in place.

Availability of product support services for SXFI products is limited to the country which the SXFI product was purchased.
