Do note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. All sales are final.

All return requests must be submitted within 6 days of placing the order; or if order has been delivered, within 6 days receiving the order in its entirety.ย 

Returns are only done on a case-by-case basis, and are done via store credit only.

All returns have to include all original packaging, including the sleeve of the SXFI AMP box. If you received a pair of complimentary Aurvana SE headphones, that has to be returned with the original packaging as well. All return shipping costs and packaging will have to be borne by the customer. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

You will be charged $20 or 5% of the total sales value, whichever is higher and a delivery/shipping charge of minimum $10 where applicable, for each return made.
