Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Standard processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

​Singapore - 3-5 working days from your date of order
​US - 10 weeks from your date of order for now, as we have only started with a soft launch in the US

Look out for a second email which you will receive when your order has been shipped by our logistics partner.
